30 Day Ab Challenge Workout

So, I decided to do the 30 Day Ab Challenge during December 2016 and I’m more than happy to announce that I was able to complete the whole thing on January 4th, 2017. So, here’s what I had to do during those 30 Days.

30 Day Ab Challenge Workout

Day 1:

Started slow on Day 1 with 15 x Situps, 5 x Crunches, 5 x Leg Raises, and 10 Seconds Plank.

 

Day 2 was 20 x Situps, 8 x Crunches, 8 x Leg Raises, and 12 Seconds Plank

Day 3 was 25 x Situps, 10 x Crunches, 10 x Leg Raises, and 15 Seconds Plank.

Day 4: Rest Day!!! No exercise!!!

Day 5: 30 x Situps, 12 x Crunches, 12 x Leg Raises, 20 Seconds Plank

Day 6: 35 x Situps, 15 x Crunches, 15 x Leg Raises, 25 Seconds Plank

Day 7: 40 x Situps, 20 x Crunches, 20 x Leg Raises, 30 Seconds Plank

Day 8: Rest Day!!!

Day 9: 45 x Situps, 30 x Crunches, 25 x Leg Raises, 35 Seconds Plank

Day 10: 50 x Situps, 50 x Crunches, 30 x Leg Raises, 38 Seconds Plank

Day 11: 55 x Situps, 65 x Crunches, 33 x Leg Raises, 42 Seconds Plank

Day 12: Rest Day!!!

Day 13: 60 x Situps, 75 x Crunches, 40 x Leg Raises, 50 Seconds Plank

Day 14: 65 x Situps, 85 x Crunches, 42 x Leg Raises, 55 Seconds Plank

Day 15: 70 x Situps, 90 x Crunches, 43 x Leg Raises, 60 Seconds Plank

Day 16: Rest Day!!

Day 17: 75 x Situps, 100 x Crunches, 45 x Leg Raises, 65 Seconds Plank

Day 18: 80 x Situps, 110 x Crunches, 48 x Leg Raises, 70 Seconds Plank

Day 19: 85 x Situps, 120 x Crunches, 50 x Leg Raises, 75 Seconds Plank

Day 20: Rest Day!!!

Day 21: 90 x Situps, 130 x Crunches, 52 x Leg Raises, 80 Seconds Plank

Day 22: 95 x Situps, 140 x Crunches, 55 x Leg Raises, 85 Seconds Plank

Day 23: 100 x Situps, 150 x Crunches, 58 x Leg Raises, 90 Seconds Plank

Day 24: Rest Day!!!

Day 25: 105 x Situps, 160 x Crunches, 60 x Leg Raises, 95 Seconds Plank

Day 26: 110 x Situps, 170 x Crunches, 62 x Leg Raises, 100 Seconds Plank

Day 27: 115 x Situps, 180 x Crunches, 62 x Leg Raises, 110 Seconds Plank

Day 28: Rest Day!!!

Day 29: 120 x Situps, 190 x Crunches, 62 x Leg Raises, 115 Seconds Plank

Day 30: 125 x Situps, 200 x Crunches, 65 x Leg Raises, 120 Seconds Plank

And there you have it!!! The entire 30 Day Ab Challenge.
